25+ years of costume design spanning Broadway-caliber theater, Walt Disney World, children's fashion, and higher education. Currently Associate Professor of Costume Design at Brigham Young University.
I am a designer, educator, husband of 29 years, and father of four amazing young adults. I am passionate about design, education, costumes, and the performing arts in general. I am so grateful to have been able to build my career through doing what I love.
I truly enjoy the creative process that is an integral part of design. Whether working with a design team or mentoring student designers, I feel lucky to be a part of the process each and every time.
I feel very blessed to have been able to share my passion and enthusiasm for design through education. It is a privilege to take what I have learned and share it with young designers.
